I am a CIPD-qualified HR professional who brings a calm, practical and people-focused approach to my role having joined as HR Manager at Bowling & Co in April 2026. With more than a decade of experience in the Lloyd’s and London Market insurance sector, as well as earlier roles in Real Estate and Investment Management, I offer a broad and well-rounded perspective on people management.
Being approachable, trusted and solutions focused, I support leaders and teams across employee relations, recruitment, culture, compliance and workplace change. I am known for giving clear, thoughtful guidance and for helping colleagues navigate people matters with confidence.
My work is shaped by discretion, empathy and clear communication. I have a passion for creating inclusive, supportive workplaces where people feel valued and where trust sits at the heart of every conversation.
Away from the office I am just as people focused. I manage and play netball in my local leagues and am an enthusiastic follower of all sport — especially football and cricket. I also volunteer with causes close to my heart, including fostering dogs for the Dogs Trust and supporting local charity work.
