I joined the firm in August 2016, with a brief to help it maximize the benefits that could be derived from its existing ICT investment. Initially, this was focused upon the Practice Management System and the way in which it had been configured and deployed, with an additional requirement to look to formulate user friendly training to ensure all staff can work as efficiently as possible. The role quickly expanded to encompass projects across the full range of the firms’ ICT infrastructure; as well as working closely with the management team in areas such as risk management and compliance.

I have worked in Legal IT for well over 20 years, so have a wealth of experience across the different platforms, applications, hardware and varying modus operandi used within the legal world. In the not too distant past I gained a BA (Hons) in Politics, Philosophy and Economics and have continued my studies to post graduate level in Computing with a focus on Information Security. Earlier in my working life, I was a Cartographic Draughtsman at the Ordnance Survey producing UK mapping at various scales.

Away from the office I enjoy several sports, music and reading.
