Legal Practice Areas
I am a Solicitor and work in the Residential Property department at Bowling & Co.
I graduated from the University of Bournemouth after completing the Legal Practice Course and qualified as a solicitor in 2008.
My experience and competence in residential conveyancing work is varied and complex, including registered and unregistered freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, lease extensions and leasehold enfranchisements, newly built properties, right to buy, help to buy and equity releases.
I have dealt with all types of clients from private individuals and companies, to high-value investors. I am friendly and approachable to all my clients and aim to ensure I deliver effective and practical legal advice to help clients and assist them in making informed decisions.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling and learning about different cultures. I love reading books and watching TV programmes on ancient civilisations (history) and astronomy. I also attend the gym regularly and love pursuing different gym activities including spinning, body pump and body combat classes.
