I am a Solicitor and work in the Residential Property department at Bowling & Co. I qualified as a solicitor in 2018.
I specialise in purchases and sales of freehold and leasehold property, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions, as well as new builds and sales by probate.
I pride myself on being approachable to my clients and to as much as possible, strive to simplify property law to my clients in plain English and offer them practical advice to help achieve their objectives.
I act for first-time buyers, experienced real estate investors, UK and offshore companies, trusts and lenders.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, tennis, football and spending time in nature.
