- Email – email me at my usual email address (shown here on this profile);
- Zoom – video call – if you would like a face to face video call I can let you have details of how to set this up very easily (and free of charge for you), using Zoom software (if you have not already got this on your mobile, iPad, laptop or PC, just send me an email to request this option);
- Royal Mail – post. We are still able to receive post but there will inevitably be a delay in using this method.
I am the Senior Partner at Bowling & Co and head up the commercial property department, I am also a member of the residential property team. I would consider myself to be a property transactional solicitor.
I undertake both commercial property and finance together with private residential work. I have acted for and continue to act for a number of private companies in the acquisition, management and disposal of their portfolio of assets. I also act for a broad range of clients from corporate institutions and high net worth individuals to SMEs. I act for businesses in respect of any commercial property related matter including a disposal of real estate and a business and the associated landlord and tenant issues where relevant.
I currently act for a number of lending institutions in relation to their property security work and take pride in the commercial experience I can give to client of whatever size. I have recently acted for an overseas bank in their establishment of their second UK branch.
Outside of work I spend my free time with family and walking my Schnauzer, Scooby.
