I am a Solicitor in the Family and Children Department at Bowling & Co Solicitors
My family law work began when I provided pro bono advice at the City Law School. My family practice experience incorporates both private and public children cases, financial remedies as well as injunctions. I act for a significantly broad client base; vulnerable victims of abuse who are eligible for legal aid funding. I have past experience practising in both Immigration and property law. I also represented many clients successfully at the Immigration tribunals at Appeal stage.
I am praised for my approachable attitude with an ability to reassure clients and negotiate effectively with opponents, whilst ensuring that my client’s case is put forward resolutely.
I am passionate about undertaking my own advocacy and often appear before District, Circuit, High court Judges and Magistrates. I work tirelessly to ensure the best possible outcome for my clients.
I am a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn.
