I am a senior solicitor in Bowling & Co’s litigation department. I deal with commercial disputes including contract, misrepresentation, company, confidential information, insolvency, banking and property. I also deal with matters with an overseas element.
I deal with settlement of cases out of court where appropriate as an integral part of the strategy in any commercial dispute. I deal with all types of negotiation and settlement.
I act for companies, entrepreneurs and private individuals, many of whom are in the property business.
