I am a dual-qualified Solicitor (Turkey – England & Wales) and joined Corporate Department at Bowling & Co in October 2024.
Before I joined Bowling & Co, I worked as a corporate & commercial lawyer in top-tier law firms in Istanbul for 6 years. During my career, I have advised leading international corporate clients operating in broad range of industries including e-commerce, IT, telecommunications, healthcare and financial services.
I advise on commercial contracts, corporate transactions and arrangements including mergers and acquisitions, as well as data protection.
In my spare time, I enjoy travelling, keeping fit, and spending time with family and friends.
