I joined Bowling & Co as Chief Finance Officer in August 2025, bringing extensive experience from the legal sector, where I have worked as an Internal Auditor, Head of Accounts/Financial Controller, and Deputy COFA.
I qualified as an ACCA in 1997 and became an FCCA in 2002. My career began in practice within a provincial firm specialising in audit, accounts, and tax, before moving into industry to take on more senior commercial and strategic finance roles.
Over the years, I have gained broad experience across sectors including legal, banking, financial services, asset management, infrastructure, and consultancy.
I am commercially astute, solutions‑focused, and enjoy the challenge of improving financial performance and operational efficiency. I am known for being dynamic, resilient, and persistent in driving positive change.
Outside of work, I enjoy music, art, chess, reading, and most types of sport.
