- Zoom – video call – if you would like a face to face video call I can let you have details of how to set this up very easily (and free of charge for you), using Zoom software (if you have not already got this on your mobile, iPad, laptop or PC, just send me an email to request this option);
- Royal Mail – post. We are still able to receive post but there will inevitably be a delay in using this method.
I am an Associate Solicitor in the Commercial Property Department.
I have more than 12 years experience specialising in commercial and residential property transactions, having worked on a variety of property portfolios, including acting for HNW developers and investors acquiring freehold and leasehold plots for commercial and residential development, transfer of part of land and handling conditional and option agreements and overage deeds.
I have acted for various healthcare professionals such as pharmacies, dental practices and nursing homes in their disposal and acquisition of leasehold and freehold property and refinancing of their property portfolios. I also work closely with the Corporate Department in dealing with the property elements of a share and asset transaction.
My experiences also involve acting on Commercial Property sales and purchases for a wide range of businesses such as hotels, golf courses, retail, offices, restaurants, bars and warehouses. I have also handled various Landlord and Tenant matters including Grant and Assignment of Lease, Licence for Alterations, Underletting, Schedule of Dilapidations, Rent Deposits, Guarantor Agreements, Rent Reviews and Lease Renewals.
I aim to deliver high personal client care by providing commercially sound, effective and practical legal advice to help clients understand their situation and assist them in making informed decisions.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling learning about different cultures and food, pursuing various gym classes such as indoor cycling, Zumba and yoga and participating in various charity work.
