I am a Real Estate Solicitor in the Commercial Property department and have extensive experience in all aspects of conveyancing including title investigation and reporting, drafting and negotiation of contracts for the sale of property and acting on behalf of both Landlords and Tenants in lease negotiations. I have acted on behalf of clients ranging from national banks, a large insurance institution and high net worth commercial property investors to small scale individual investors and companies.

Examples of matters I have been involved in have included:

  • the sale by three siblings of Warren Court Farm, Sevenoaks to a housing developer at a price of over £1 million;
  • the acquisition by a Delaware incorporated company of 67-71 Kingsway, London WC2B at a price of over £31 million;
  • acting on behalf of a national retail client in the acquisitions of Cheetham Hill Retail Park Manchester at a price of over £19 million and 152 to 156 Kentish Town Road at a price of £8 million.

I graduated from The London School of Economics and qualified in 2005.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking and cake decorating.
