New Partner Announcement – Rashida Zakir
Bowling & Co Solicitors are pleased to announce the appointment of Rashida Zakir as a Partner with the firm. Rashida was appointed as a Partner on 9 May 2022.
Rashida qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and started consulting with Bowling & Co in 2021. Rashida specialises in all areas of commercial property work, with a strong background in acquisitions and sales. Alongside her commercial expertise, Rashida acts on high-value residential property transactions for investors and owner-occupiers.
Rashida has considerable experience in property finance having acted for major High Street lenders and bridging finance companies looking to finance ventures and property portfolios. With Rashida’s considerable experience, skill, and talent, we are excited about what she will bring to Bowling & Co and our clients, and the contribution she will make to the long-term success of the firm.
