Bowling 'dress up' to support SSAFA Armed Forces Charity

Bowling & Co ‘dress up’ to support SSAFA Armed Forces Charity.

A huge thank you to our clients, friends, and staff who ‘dressed up’ in their best business attire to support Strettons, Ashfords LLP, and Nyman Libson Paul with their Tailored Tuesday launch day on 23 March in aid of SSAFA, The Armed Forces charity.

For many of us, it was the first time in a while we dressed in full business attire, and for some, it appears lockdown has had a small impact on our waistlines! Nonetheless, we did not let that daunt us for a moment, and for those of us working from home on the day, it was an opportunity to see colleagues and come together with a shared goal – to help raise money for a great cause.

We also challenged our clients and friends to do the same, and we were both impressed with their photos and for the support they gave. So far our donation to SSAFA is £250 for #TailoredTuesday. Bowling & Co will continue to donate £2 for each photo up to £1000 or until the government gives us the go-ahead to return to our offices full time.

So, wear your best suit every Tuesday, whether you are still working from home or in the office on the day. Post a selfie on our @LinkedIn company page, mention SSAFA and use the hashtag #tailoredtuesday.

SSAFA’s mission is to relieve need, suffering, and distress amongst our Armed Forces, veterans, and their families in order to support their independence and dignity.

SSAFA supports current and former members of the British Army, Royal Air Forces, Royal Navy, and Royal Marines and their families, on military establishments and in local communities across the UK and overseas.

Let us continue to support this great cause and dress in your best business attire every Tuesday whilst we are still working from home. All you need to do is share it on our social media page and tag SSAFA.

Thank you in advance for your support.
