Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme members
Bowling & Co has once again been accredited as Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme members – the mark of excellence for the home buying process. This is the 10th year in a row that we have achieved CQS accreditation.
The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accreditation is the hallmark of high standards and establishes a level of credibility for regulators, lenders, insurers, and consumers. It is the quality mark of the home-buying sector and enables consumers to identify practices that provide a quality residential conveyancing service. With so many different conveyancing service providers out there CQS helps home-buyers and sellers seek out those that can provide a safe and efficient level of service.
Accredited as Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme members
Achieving CQS accreditation means that Bowling & Co continues to meet high standards in residential conveyancing and this was after undergoing a rigorous assessment process. Accreditation means we will continue as members and to hold the CQS status.
David Downham, Practice Director says: “Bowling & Co is delighted to have retained our CQS status. Buying and selling a home can be a stressful time, but by instructing a CQS firm like Bowling & Co, clients can be confident that our Firm has proved its commitment to quality, and in delivering a reliable, efficient service as recognised by the CQS standard.”
