Court is not the inevitable consequence of a dispute.  We understand that the cost and disruption to business and the lives of individuals is frequently underestimated.

Bowling & Co are proactive in seeking alternative approaches to the resolution of disputes.

We advise clients on the alternatives open to them to use other ways of negotiating a resolution of issues without recourse to the Courts.

We assist in the appointment of arbitrators and mediators.

Facilitated negotiation through the use of accredited independent mediators is encouraged by the Courts and can achieve solutions to problems that are certain durable and often maintain relationships.
