“I began my journey at Bowling & Co as a Paralegal prior to securing a training contract with the firm. During my time as a trainee, I worked in the Family Law department and Residential and Commercial Property teams, where I have now qualified. I was fortunate enough to attend court hearings and manage an extensive caseload. I had a great deal of support and guidance from colleagues who have extensive knowledge and experience, which helped with my progression within the firm. I am very much looking forward to seeing what the future holds for me at Bowling & Co!”

Yaasameen Akhter, Solicitor.

“What I like most about Bowling & Co is the support I’ve received from my supervising partner and being entrusted to work autonomously on various matters. The firm also encourages involvement in business development, networking events, and charitable causes – helping to make a difference to the firm, our clients and the wider community.”

Leah-Galea Bateman, Trainee Solicitor

“I began my training contract at Bowling & Co Solicitors in December 2020, and I qualified in September 2022 and am now an Associate with the Property Litigation and Dispute Resolution teams.

Despite having a significant background in litigation prior to commencing my training contract, I found that the entire process really developed me as an aspiring solicitor. I was introduced to areas of law which I had not dealt with previously and was exposed to inter-departmental work throughout the process, which not only broadened my knowledge of other areas of law but also allowed me to work closely with other members of the firm.

Throughout my training contract, I felt supported by my direct supervisors as well as my training principal. Everyone at the firm has been supportive on my journey, and I am enjoying continuing my career as an Associate with Bowling & Co Solicitors.”

Sebastian Jakubowski, Associate Solicitor.

“At Bowling and Co, there is a real family feel, and I have been supported here throughout. My training is beneficial, and I am learning all the time.”

Sadiq Uddin, Trainee Solicitor.
