Our new brand

As 2014 draws to an end it has been a busy year so far for us at Bowling & Co Solicitors. We’ve seen trend breaking growth across all departments with a significant increase in headcount including the hiring of two new department heads, the implementation of a new case management system and last but not least the launch of our new brand.

Excited? So are we!

What is this new brand?

We haven’t changed our name but we have introduced a fresh new look to our brand and we have spent a lot of time thinking about what we need to offer in today’s world as a modern law firm. This new brand, we hope, not only looks great and is up to date, clean and sharp but reflects our passionate belief in client service and being a trusted advisor. We are making a real push in all things digital which will be something we continue to develop with a big focus on our new website. We think the notable features of our website are:

Responsive design

We noticed more and more people were viewing our website on their smartphone and tablet. Our website now responds and then adapts its layout based on the size of the screen you are viewing it on, so no more squinting, pinching and double-tapping on your phone! We feel this is really important as more and more information is being consumed on the go and on a mobile device so it has to be easily accessible.

Improved solicitor’s profiles

We have great people working here and this is something we are very proud of. The new enhanced profiles for our people really showcase that. Each profile has been individually written and gives more of an insight into the key areas the solicitor practices in and the scope of work they undertake. Knowing this type of information is key when choosing your legal advisor.

Great content for a digital age

You may have seen how tedious the ‘articles’ section on a law firm’s website can get. We did too. Our aim going forward is to not be so legal with our material. We are still going to cover major changes in the areas of law we practice but do so in an easily digestible way. We are also focusing a lot more on covering topics that relate to our areas of law but not necessarily related directly to changes in the law, an example would be our article on dealing with workplace ego clashes. We feel that such well-written and shareable content like this should be updated on a regular basis so be sure to check back here each week.

Hopefully this has given you some insight into our new brand and how we see it developing over the coming months.
