We at Bowling & Co take the spread of coronavirus extremely seriously and in accordance with guidance from the Government and Public Health England we have fully activated our remote working processes.
We are committed to our teams staying safe while ensuring that we provide full support for you in these unprecedented times. With this in mind, the office is temporarily closed and our remote working processes are working well.
This decision has not been taken lightly and the safety and well-being of our employees and our clients has to remain our top priority.
Our service to you remains uninterrupted
We have prepared and tested our systems and processes, and are pleased to confirm we can and shall continue to provide our high quality of service to you, while we both navigate through this period.
Methods of contacting us during the Covid-19 situation:
Our entire firm is working remotely. The good news is that you can contact us using various methods – use whatever you feel most comfortable with:
Call your solicitors’ landline number as shown on their profile page (it will divert to their mobile); if they are engaged on another call, simply leave a voicemail message, when prompted, and they will return your call as soon as possible.
Email your solicitor using the email address shown on their profile page.
Video call – if you would like a face to face video call we can let you have details of how to set this up very easily (and free of charge for you), using Zoom software (if you have not already got this on your mobile, iPad, laptop or PC, just email your solicitor to request this option).
Post. We are still able to receive post but there will inevitably be a delay in using this method.
We are a London based, client focused firm acting as trusted advisers to individuals and businesses of all sizes throughout the UK and overseas. Our head office is on the edge of the London 2012 Olympic Park, now known as the Queen Elizabeth Park.
