Thejaka has practised immigration law for over 8 years and gained extensive experience and knowledge in the field of immigration law. Whilst his main area of law lies in the field of Corporate Immigration, Thejaka’s expertise covers all aspects of UK immigration law including Human Rights issues under the auspices of the European Convention for Human Rights.
Thejaka has in the past been a senior caseworker and a supervisor under the Legal Services Commission Immigration accreditation scheme, recognised by the Law Society. He is also an accredited solicitor in the Immigration fast-track detention scheme in the UK.
