Rod practices all areas of property litigation; including commercial lease renewals, dilapidations, service charge disputes, residential landlord and tenant, and boundary and right of way disputes.

Rod was also the lead solicitor in a recent leading Court of Appeal case on the recovery of estate agents' commission.

Career:

Rod has over 12 year's experience with Lewis Silkin and Colman Coyle solicitors before moving to Bowling & Co to head up its Property Dispute Resolution Department.

Rod is a member of the Property Litigation Association, an organsiation specialising in all aspects of commercial and residential property.
