Peter Miller is Head of Employment at Bowling & Company and regularly advises employers and employees in relation to all aspects of Employment Law, drafting contracts, handbooks, policies, bonus and option schemes and when things “have gone wrong” advising upon a very wide range of disputes, in the Employment Tribunal, and in the Courts as well as in relation to internal disciplinary and grievance procedures.

He deals with partnership documentation and disputes and a wide range of contractual matters including debt recovery and insolvency.

He is well regarded for his work in the community and not for profit sectors, advising religious organisations, and a range of charities and voluntary bodies on management matters of all sorts.

As part of his general work in the firm’s Dispute Resolution Department he deals regularly with property claims, lease renewal and similar matters, as well as personal injury and clinical negligence claims.

His work often involves urgent Court applications for injunctions and other interlocutory relief.
