Peter Laskey (Partner)

Commercial Litigation and Arbitration
Peter joined Bowling & Co in January 2005. He has wide experience
in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, with particular emphasis
on international litigation and arbitration. His work has included international
commodity disputes; oil business arbitrations; fraud and asset recovery;
handling a broad range of matters involving both corporate and personal
insolvencies for office holders and creditors; sale of goods disputes;
company/shareholder disputes; advising member firms and clients in relation
to complaints in the financial services industry; bringing professional
negligence claims and advising on product liability issues/trading standards
investigations. Peter has worked extensively with lawyers in other jurisdictions
co-ordinating the resolution of international disputes whether by litigation,
arbitration or mediation.

Trained at Freshfields working in commercial litigation group; joined
Theodore Goddard 1989 - partner 1990 to 2000; joined Amhurst Brown Colombotti
(ABC) late 2000 - partner at ABC and at Howard Kennedy following merger
with ABC in September 2003; joined Bowling & Co January 2005.
