Paul joined Bowling & Co having previously worked in the City of London for five years. Paul has extensive experience in working on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. He regularly advises on shareholder issues, joint ventures, partnership and LLP arrangements and general commercial matters. His specialism is advising on private company acquisitions and disposals and private equity transactions where he is quick not only to grasp his clients' legal requirements but to understand and appreciate their commercial needs.
