Owen has extensive and wide ranging experience in family work, including matters affecting children and also the financial aspects of divorce. In recent years, the emphasis has increasingly been for high net worth matrimonial clients. Owen also advises both employers and employees in employers Tribunal claims in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination and breach of contract, drafting and advising on contracts of employers and he also conducts general civil litigation. Owen is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel.
