Martin, from Cardiff, is an experienced professional conveyancer with over 8 years experience in residential property law and transactions. Martin graduated from Cardiff University in 1996 with a second class straight Law Degree with honours and went on to study the LPC and the ILEX Higher Diploma in Legal Practice. 

After a number of years in practice Martin was elected to the National Council of the Institute of Legal Executives and continues to sit on the board of directors and several committees associated with that role. Martin is also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Housing and the Hansard Society, giving him wide and diverse access to current affairs relating to property and related issues. He is based at our Stratford office.
