David Downham (Practice Director)

David is the Practice Director with wide and varied experience of over
25 years as a tax professional and senior administrator, with a background
in both professional and commercial environments; a qualified Chartered
Secretary and Chartered Tax Adviser and with a skilled understanding of
diplomatic communication at all levels. Responsible for CRM, HR, Facilities,
IT and Logistics at Bowling & Co, in addition to being a member of
the firm's Estate and Inheritance Tax Planning Department.
Year qualified:
2004 (ACIS) and 1998 (CTA)
Career:
Ex-Civil Servant (Inland Revenue), trained at Chartered Accountancy firm
of Robson Rhodes and eventually joined Baker Tilly. In 1997 he moved into
a commercial environment at the American firm of STA International Inc.
and in 2001 he migrated into the legal profession and joined Bowling &
Co.
