Our Property Finance team is a key part of the firm's business. Our understanding of the marketplace ensures that we are able to deliver excellent service and commercial solutions to our clients. We act for banks, mezzanine funders, equity funders and private investors. We advise both lenders and borrowers in relation to the structuring of finance for property and property related businesses. Our lawyers understand and appreciate the different requirements needed for both borrowers and lenders and are able to combine their banking skills with a detailed knowledge of property and corporate issues to ensure delivery of a first class service.
