Peter has wide experience in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution, with particular emphasis on international litigation and arbitration. His work has included international commodity disputes; oil business arbitrations; fraud and asset recovery and international investor disputes. He has also handled a broad range of matters involving both corporate and personal insolvencies for office holders and creditors; sale of goods disputes; company/shareholder disputes; and bringing professional negligence claims.
Peter has also advised a wide variety of claimants – both commercial and residential - on seeking compensation when required to move their business or home pursuant to a compulsory purchase order (in conjunction with the client’s valuer or surveyor). Peter has worked extensively with professional advisers co-ordinating the resolution of international disputes whether by litigation, arbitration or mediation.
Peter is a Privy Council Agent.
