Peter trained in Holborn and then moved to Essex where he became a partner in a firm in Chelmsford in 1991.
Peter advises clients on substantial contractual disputes. He has represented public bodies on various matters including large building disputes.
Peter has advised on professional negligence involving surveyors, architects and solicitors.
Peter appears in Employment Tribunals, Civil Courts and before the Magistrates' Court and at licensing hearings.
Peter is a qualified mediator and a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the Institute of Licensing Practitioners and the Bentham Association of University College, London
