Justin joined Bowling & Co last year.  He specialises in the resolution of real estate disputes.  He has broad experience in this field and in advising on contentious issues in land transactions.  He has expertise in commercial landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, dilapidations, service charges, rent reviews, forfeiture and the enforcement of covenants, acting for both tenants and landlords.

He has also acted on a wide range of other property matters: residential long-leasehold and housing law; disputes over rights of way and other easements, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, boundaries and commons; nuisance; property-related professional negligence claims; insolvency issues in connection with leases; and the enforcement of charges.
